Manage your account and brands
Your account is how you sign in; a brand is the workspace containing a profile and documents. One account can access several brands. During beta, an account can own up to 3 brands and each brand has 3 seats by default.
Select the brand you are working on and open Cài đặt (Settings) to review its name, industry and team. If management options are missing, check your role before assuming data was lost.
Read confirmations for danger-zone actions carefully: they can affect data and access for the whole team. Switching away from a brand is different from deleting it.
Roles and permissions
Antiem has owner, admin and member roles. Permissions also depend on the operation; reading a profile does not grant editing or connection revocation rights.
- Owner: everything an admin can do, plus the danger-zone actions in Cài đặt (reset content and delete the brand).
- Admin: edits the brand name, industry and profile fields, invites and removes members (as admin or member), approves proposals including through MCP, imports documents and uses the strategy chat.
- Member: works with AI and proposes ideas, without profile editing rights, document import or the strategy chat.
Grant permissions that fit each collaborator's work. If AI cannot perform an operation, a prompt cannot elevate access; an authorized manager must change permissions in the app if appropriate.
Plans, credits and limits
Credits are an allowance for AI processing. They belong to the account and are shared across the brands that account owns. When anyone uses AI in a brand, including members, the cost is charged to the brand owner's credit, never to the member's own. An operation may reserve credits before settling its final cost; a reservation is not necessarily the final charge.
Open Credit settings for your balance and usage history. The plan shown is Bản beta (Beta) unless one has been granted to you. Check these before retrying a task just because its result is not visible yet.
During beta the limits are the same for every account: 3 brands per account, 3 seats per brand, and for MCP 1,000 calls per day and 200 per hour. Tools that write or use a model also have lower hourly caps. A member past the seat limit can still sign in and read, but cannot run AI actions. Read-only MCP calls that do not use a model still count towards the call limits. Running out of calls and running out of credits are different situations; read the actual error.
Antiem does not have an online payment checkout during beta. Use the credit request flow in the app. Check your own balance and limits in the app, rather than assuming they match someone else's account.
Privacy and how your data is used
Profiles and documents belong to brands with access checks. When you connect an external AI tool, it can receive data through the permissions granted to the connected account.
Content needed for AI processing may be sent to model providers. Having access controls does not mean data never leaves Antiem. Review Antiem's policies and the external AI client's policies before using documents with special confidentiality requirements.
Read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for full details. They are currently published in Vietnamese only. This guide does not replace them.
Do not share tokens, passwords or unnecessary client data in support chats. When you stop using a connector, review and revoke its permissions in MCP connections. The list covers your whole account: a connected AI tool can reach every brand you can access, and revoking a connection cuts it off from all of them. The call history is shown per brand.
