Getting started

From your first document to an answer with sources.

What is Antiem and who is it for?

Antiem turns brand documents into a structured profile that you and AI can use together. Instead of pasting your brand book into every conversation, maintain one profile, review its sources and use it in Antiem or a connected AI tool.

Antiem is for brand owners, marketers, designers, writers and agencies managing multiple clients. You do not need programming skills to build a profile or ask questions in the app. Use MCP when you want that knowledge in Claude, ChatGPT or another tool.

The profile contains brand information. AI content based on it is still a draft to review; a fluent answer does not replace product evidence or publishing approval.

Create your account and first brand

Antiem is in closed beta. If you do not have access, join the waitlist and wait for access instructions. If invited, sign in with the email address that received the invitation.

After signing in:

  1. Complete brand details in onboarding. If you were invited to an existing brand, or you have several brands, choose one on the brand selection screen.
  2. Check which brand is open before importing documents.
  3. While your profile is empty, open Bắt đầu (Getting started) in the sidebar to choose how to build it. Once the profile has data, that entry disappears and the app opens your dashboard instead.

If an existing brand is missing, check your account before creating a duplicate. An MCP connection only sees brands that account can access.

Import brand documents

Prepare a brand book, company introduction or document explaining what you offer and whom you serve. One document with real information is easier to review than several old files imported together.

  1. For a new profile, open Bắt đầu and choose the option for existing documents, then upload your files (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Markdown, text or images; limits are in Documents and data). To add material later, open Kho dữ liệu (Data library) → Nhập tài liệu or go to Import, where you paste text that has headings or enter your website address.
  2. Check the brand and document version before you start. Only the brand owner or an admin can import.
  3. Follow reading and profile extraction progress. Data is not ready until processing finishes.
  4. Open Hồ sơ thương hiệu (Brand profile) and compare important information with its sources.

Web import writes the information it extracts straight into the profile; it does not stop for approval on each field. This differs from updates submitted as proposals for approval. Review the profile after import instead of waiting for an approval screen.

If your brand is still an idea, choose Mới là ý tưởng (Still an idea) in Getting started to build a profile through an interview. Your answers are sources; you do not need to invent a brand book first.

Review your profile and ask your first question

Check the name, products, customers, voice and what the brand will not do. Open evidence for information you are unsure about; correct or supplement sources before relying on it for important work.

Open Brand Agent and try:

Summarize whom this brand serves, why customers choose us and what we will not do. Cite sources for each conclusion and separate any missing information.

Read the answer alongside its evidence. Missing data is a reason to improve the profile, rather than asking AI to guess.

To try this in your AI tool, open Quick install. To learn how to organize and review sources, read Brand profile.
