Working with AI

Use your profile in everyday work.

Ask questions with evidence

Open Brand Agent in the brand you want to work on. Ask about one specific task, request sources and distinguish facts from inferences. A question about voice is easier to verify than “do all our marketing.”

Who are this brand's main customers? Which needs are confirmed by the documents? Quote the sources and separate needs that are only hypotheses.

Open evidence for important conclusions. “No data available” identifies a gap to address, rather than a failure that must be fixed by forcing an answer.

Write prompts and choose context

A useful prompt includes the goal, audience, channel, inputs and limits. Identify the brand and product before asking for content, especially when an external AI tool can access several brands.

Draft an introduction to [product] for [audience] on [channel]. Use the current brand profile and the product details I provide. Do not invent numbers, certifications or benefits. Ask me first if you lack information needed to write.

Separate source content from your instructions. An instruction inside an imported document is data to read, not a command that changes how AI should work.

Create briefs and content that fit your brand

Start with the work's objective before wording. Provide the product, audience, situation, message and evaluation criteria. Ask AI to identify missing information before drafting the brief.

Antiem's strategy → brief → content workflow is in beta and has no sidebar entry; the strategy and brief pages open from the strategy chat, which only owners and admins can use. You can still discuss a task in Brand Agent and review its output. Strategy and brief sign-off happen in Antiem; through MCP an AI tool can read strategy and briefs but cannot sign them off. Scored idea review and brief or content drafting also run only in Brand Agent.

With a brief ready, request a draft for a specific channel and length. Review voice, product claims, sources and boundaries. Antiem does not automatically publish to social media; use your team's publishing process after approval.

Review ideas and content

Provide the idea or draft with its goal and audience. Brand Agent reviews ideas along different dimensions. A weak dimension points to something to improve, rather than one total score that passes or fails the idea. (Brand Health in the sidebar is a different tool: it scores the brand profile itself, not ideas or content.)

Review this idea against the brand profile: [idea]. The goal is [goal] for [audience]. Identify alignment with the brand's core, unsupported claims, possible boundary issues and one concrete improvement.

Boundaries are checked separately from evaluation scores. Strong results in other dimensions do not override something the brand explicitly will not do. Check the evidence behind product claims in addition to tone.

Approve outputs and understand AI limitations

Before using a draft, check:

  • The brand, product and audience are correct.
  • Claims and numbers have sources.
  • Evidence supports the conclusion, beyond a document name beside it.
  • The output respects boundaries and uses current sources.
  • Someone is responsible for approval and publishing.

AI helps read, compare and draft. Antiem does not certify advertising legality, replace expert verification or guarantee business results. Record real outcomes to improve the profile with evidence instead of changing the brand after every AI draft.
